Best Letting Agent in Southport

Well, what can I say about Property Panda apart from I’ve had nothing but 1st class service from the day they took on my property (and before that if I’m honest)!!

I initially contacted them as I was having major issues with my previous (big name) agent and from the minute I walked into the office I knew I’d found my forever agent 🙂 I was given so much help and advice as to how to end the contract I was in, help and support in how to deal with the ombudsman and every step of how my property would be dealt with by Property Panda.

I signed with Property Panda the minute my previous contact was finished and if I’m honest I’ve not looked back. Before the property had even been advertised for rent there were interested tenants just based on the photos taken. A tenant was agreed and all the hassle of AST’s, references, legal checks and everything else that goes into a new letting was dealt with for me…and I still have the same tenants 3 years on (and if they decide to leave I have no doubts that a new one will be found quickly).

Throughout this tenancy any problems/repairs that have needed doing whether reported to me or direct to Property Panda have been dealt with quickly and efficiently using their approved contractors. Prior to using them I always had my own contractors that I would use as my previous agents repair bills were massively inflated but I’ve found that Property Panda contractors charged an honest rate for their services and I have no complaints about the work standards…so much so that more often than not I will be notified of work and won’t even bother finding someone to carry it out myself as I trust them completely.

So, 3 years on and I’m still fantastically happy with their service, always someone on the end of the phone to help with any queries that arise and support me with any problems. I am that happy with Property Panda that I am just about to hand over my 2nd property to them (now I’m out of contract with my old agent) and look forward to the stress free rental that I know I will get.
